All orders made through this online store have a 3 business day grace period for returns due to an error on our end or imperfection of the product.  Please contact us immediately at info@liferevivified.com to report an issue with your order that we have caused or any imperfections so that we can correct it immediately.  All sales are final, however if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@liferevivified.com for support regarding a replacement, store credit or full refund.

HOW TO RETURN?

Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging, after you have contacted us at info@liferevivified.com and received a response with directions to complete this next step. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please mail your order to the following address.
